The weekend of the 22nd - 26th July 2010 is proposed for a new event: Hanse Owners Regatta in North Wales at Holyhead.

It will be a great opportunity to meet other Hanse owners and enjoy friendly company and racing.

Proposed Itinerary

Itinerary
Thurs - Arrive - evening DIY BBQ
Fri - Two Races followed by Dinner
Sat - Two Races followed by Party/Prize Giving
Sun - Fancy dress pursuit race, prize giving, relaxing afternoon / evening or
departure.
Mon - Final Departure.

This is only a proposal, as we need to first assess the response, to see if it is viable. The idea is to try and link it into the Holyhead Maritime and Leisure Festival over the same weekend, so there will be plenty to do and see if you do not fancy racing, but just the social side.

As mentioned this is only proposed. So far, Holyhead Marina has agreed to put us all together and offer us reduced fees. I have yet to follow up with Holyhead Sailing Club, but will do when we have an idea of numbers.
